Wade S. Kolb, Jr., has practiced law since 1974.  After graduation from Law School at the University of South Carolina, he was admitted to the Bar in the State of South Carolina and before the Federal Courts in the District of South Carolina.  He achieved a distinguished career as a criminal prosecutor, serving as an Assistant State Attorney General (1974-1977) and an Assistant Solicitor (1977-1982), before being elected to four terms (1982-1998) as the chief prosecutor, Solicitor of the Third Judicial Circuit (Sumter, Clarendon, Lee, and Williamsburg Counties).  In 1998, he retired from State service and entered private practice with the firm now known as Kolb, Murphy & Givens, Attorneys at Law, LLC.  He has concentrated on serious personal injury cases and handles criminal defense cases in State and Federal Courts.
