Victor Demesmin Jr., managing partner at Demesmin and Dover Law firm received his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law degrees in 2015 from Louisiana State University (LSU) Paul M. Heber Law Center. Victor Jr. was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. In 2010, he began a 2-year internship with Lockheed Martin in Orlando, Florida as a Master Planner through the UCF College Work Experience Program. Victor Jr. was also a nationally ranked, All American, member of the UCF undergraduate Mock Trial Team which is what first piqued his interest in the legal field. In 2011Victor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (UCF). While an undergraduate, he served as treasurer of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. for three years.

Today at just the age of 33, Victor Demesmin Jr. manages one of the largest personal injury law firms in South Florida, Demesmin and Dover Law Firm. Demesmin & Dover is a proud Black Owned Personal Injury Law Firm that is constantly pushing to be the change they want to see! The firm handles personal injury claims like car accidents and slip and falls all the way to property damage claims including natural disasters, fire, theft, roof damage and more. In just two years he and his partner Jeremy Dover have grown this firm from 2 employees to almost 50. Victor Demesmin Jr. believes strongly in equal opportunity and demonstrates it through his office culture and diverse staff of all backgrounds and religions.

Victor Jr. is a proud Haitian-American product and is very involved in the community here in South Florida. He is fluent in Creole and possesses conversational skills in French. He is a forward thinker and an astute problem solver but most importantly Victor Jr. is a husband and proud father of two kids.
