Kristen Lojewski is the founder of Lojewski Abuse & Injury Law, a Wisconsin personal injury law firm dedicated to helping victims of nursing home abuse, nursing home neglect, wrongful death, and serious injuries hold negligent corporations accountable. Based in Milwaukee, Kristen represents clients throughout Wisconsin in complex catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, with a particular focus on protecting vulnerable individuals.

Before founding her firm in 2025, Kristen served as a prosecutor where she tried multiple jury and bench trials to verdict, developing the courtroom skills she now uses to advocate for injury victims.
