Christopher C. Watters was born and raised in Fresno, California.
He received his B.A. Politics Degree from the University of
California, Santa Cruz in 2004, and his J.D., With Distinction,
from San Joaquin College of Law in 2007.
Mr. Watters is admitted to practice before all state courts in
the State of California and the United States District Court,
Eastern District of California. He is also admitted to practice
in the United States District Court, Central District of
California.
Mr. Watters is a member of the State Bar of California, the
Fresno County Bar Association, the Kings County Bar Association,
the Central California Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Federal
Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the
American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California,
the American Society of Legal Advocates, the National Trial
Lawyers, the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association, and the
American Academy of Trial Attorneys.
Mr. Watters has received a BV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell
Peer Review Ratings. Mr. Watters was designated as a Top 100
Trial Central District of

Mr. Watters was designated as one of the Top 40 Lawyers under 40
years of age in the State of California by the American Society
of Legal Advocates. Mr. Watters was designated as a Premiere 100
Trial Attorney by the American Academy of Trial Attorneys. He was
also designated as a 2014 Top Attorney by Northern California's
Outstanding Young Lawyers. In every year since 2012, Mr. Watters
has been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Rising
Stars list, a distinction only bestowed upon 2.5% of the
