Mr. Zuckerman manages the New York office of Swartz Culleton Ferris PLLC. His practice is focused on the prosecution of serious personal injury matters, complex claims and litigation in disputes arising from construction accidents, slip/trip-and-fall accidents, motor vehicle accidents, defective/dangerous products and nursing care neglect in both State and Federal Court. Most recently Mr. Zuckerman worked for a prominent NYC personal injury law firm prosecuting these types of personal injury claims with a focus on NYS Labor Law and the Industrial Code Rules. 

Mr. Zuckerman's background also includes nearly 10 years of experience defending individuals, corporations and other business entities against general liability and casualty and property damage claims. Mr. Zuckerman is also experienced in sports, recreation and entertainment counseling and litigation. 

Mr. Zuckerman obtained his Juris Doctor at New York Law School in 2011 where he served as President of the Intramural Sports Association and received a Certificate of Public Service. While earning his law degree, Mr. Zuckerman completed externships with a New York State Supreme Court Justice and a U.S. District Court Judge. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2007 and was a Clause M. Halle Institute Scholarship recipient.

Mr. Zuckerman is well versed in New York State Civil Practice Law and Rules, Uniform Rules for New York State Trial Courts, New York State Labor Law, The Industrial Code of the State of New York, Occupational Safety and Health Administration Rules and Regulations, New York State No-Fault Laws, Article 51 of the Insurance Law, General Municipal Laws of New York, Administrative Code of the City of New York as well as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 

In addition to being honored with a Top 10 Under 40 distinction for personal injury attorneys in the State of New York by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, he has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine on multiple occasions and was named a Top Young Attorney in the New York Metro Area by The American Registry. 

Mr. Zuckerman is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Northern District of New York and the Western District of New York.
