Prior to joining William Schwitzer & Associates, P.C., Mr. Semel-Weinstein gained invaluable experience on the defense side representing insurance companies and entities in a variety of complex personal injury matters.  Mr. Semel-Weinstein's desire to fight on behalf of individuals fueled his decision to join the plaintiffs side of civil litigation.  

Since joining William Schwitzer & Associates, Mr. Semel-Weinstein has handled many significant construction related accidents that have resulted in multiple million dollar settlements for his clients. Mr. Semel-Weinstein's passion and unyielding determination have gained him immense respect from both sides of the bar. 

Mr. Semel-Weinstein was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2015, 2016, and 2017 – an honor extended to only 2.5% of the attorneys in the New York Metro area. In addition, Mr. Semel-Weinstein was recently chosen “Top 10 Under 40 Attorney Award for the State of New York” by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
