Attorney James (Jamie) Fox has spent his career helping accident victims and other people who have been treated unfairly. His dedication, tenacity and hard work, and most importantly, giving every case the attention it deserves, have proven quite successful in helping victims get the compensation they deserve. Jamie Fox has a special understanding and compassion for families who have lost loved ones in workplace accidents, car wrecks, and other dangerous conditions. Mr. Fox is proud and humbled by the opportunity to have helped these families. He also stands up for victims of sexual harassment.

Jamie Fox understands the ironworkers, coal miners, gas well workers, construction workers and other men and women who work hard every day and place their lives on the line deserve protection. If their employers don’t protect them and they get hurt, Fox Law will protect their rights. Jamie Fox has an excellent reputation for holding the wrong-doers accountable and protecting the rights of those who are harmed.

As a lifelong resident of West Virginia who is dedicated to family and improving the community, Jamie Fox has a long history of coaching and mentoring youth, supporting schools, and being actively involved in civic activities. This personal interaction with clients and community members strengthens his conviction to find the best way to help people reduce the stress and anxiety that they face and get his clients the compensation they deserve. He knows firsthand, how difficult it is to deal with trauma and loss, and has faced his own measure of such loss. As a teenager, Mr. Fox dealt with the early death of his father and faced a difficult road to recovery, mush like many clients. This is the impetus behind why he and his staff come to work every day. By fostering a relationship of mutual respect and with this unique understanding of their grief and loss, we are able to maximize the recovery for our clients.

Jamie is grateful to have a job that allows him to help the people across the state of West Virginia obtain help when they need it most. He marks among his proudest achievements his healthy and happy family, which he looks forward to seeing at the end of each workday. He enjoys many outdoor sports, and belongs to a variety of organizations that help protect the rights of accident victims. Attorney Fox is a member of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is also a member of The American Association for Justice and the West Virginia Association for Justice.
